ScheduleTicker is not free to use. Anybody who wants to use it needs to register and pay for a license. The price for a single-site license is $25 U.S.. You can register ScheduleTicker over the Internet via Public Software Library, Ltd. and pay with any major credit card. The links below will take you to the registration form.
